2. Information We Collect
- Contact details such as name, email address, phone number, and restaurant role.
- Restaurant details such as name, website, address, hours, menu, location, specials, and public business profiles.
- Website scan data, technical findings, scores, reports, deliverables, deployment records, and monitoring history.
- Payment and subscription references supplied by our payment provider. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
- Messages, support requests, outreach replies, suppression requests, and service communications.
- Website access information only when needed for an authorized human deployment. We request the minimum access reasonably needed and do not intentionally submit passwords or access tokens to AI providers.
3. How We Collect Information
We collect information you submit through the website, checkout, onboarding, email, or support; information from your public website and public business listings; and information generated while delivering, monitoring, and supporting the service.
4. How We Use Information
- To run website scans and produce AI-visibility reports.
- To generate and deliver
llms.txt, schema markup, AI Summary Pages, installation instructions, and updates. - To process payments, subscriptions, invoices, support, and service communications.
- To monitor relevant public website regions and determine whether an update may be needed.
- To prevent duplicate outreach, honor unsubscribe requests, maintain audit records, protect the service, and comply with law.
- To improve our methods using appropriate aggregated or de-identified patterns; we do not sell personal information.
5. AI and Service Providers
We may use trusted providers for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, backups, security, and AI-assisted analysis. AI may analyze necessary website, restaurant, outreach, monitoring, or support information to operate the service. We do not intentionally send payment-card data, passwords, or access tokens to AI providers. Stripe or another payment provider handles card data under its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Retention and Security
We retain restaurant, customer, payment-reference, service, monitoring, and outreach records as reasonably needed for operations, audit, dispute handling, legal compliance, and suppression of unwanted outreach. Website credentials and access tokens should be removed or rotated when no longer needed. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Email and Opt-Out Choices
You may request that we stop marketing or outreach communications at any time. Clear unsubscribe or do-not-contact requests are recorded and honored. Transactional service messages may continue where necessary to provide a purchased service or respond to a request.
8. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information, or object to certain processing.
